Refund Schedule

If you withdraw from a course but your remaining number of credit hours for the semester still qualifies you as a full time student, you will not get any tuition refund/credit.

Full time status:

• 12 - 18 SH for undergraduates (All Colleges)
• 9 - 12 SH for graduate and doctoral students (non CCPA)
• 9 - 13 SH for graduate students in College of Performing Arts

The following fees are not refundable:

• General Fee: $125 (undergraduate students) / $150 (graduate students)
• Student Activity Fee: $25

During the 100% tuition refund/credit period no grade will be posted to student's record. Beginning the day on which the tuition refund/credit other than a 100% starts a "W" grade will be recorded.

Grade Availability

Grades are due from instructors by 2 p.m. five (5) days after the end of session.   Students may view grades on RU Access beginning six (6) days after a session ends. 

For shorter 5 or 6 day sessions the grades are due from instructors 10 days after their completion. If the due date falls on the weekend or holiday the deadline will be moved forward.  Students may view grades on RU Access beginning on the 11^th day after these sessions end. 

Students may see their grades in RU Access but the total number of credits earned, term GPA, and academic standing are not calculated immediately following the submission of the grade by the instructor. Some calculations need to take place, before the total number of credits earned, term GPA, and academic standing can be recalculated.   

Requests for official transcripts with the current semester grades posted will be put on hold until the last step of the grading process is completed and the total number of earned credit hours, GPA, and academic standing are updated.
