Over 425 guests came to the Four Seasons Hotel on November 7th for the 12th Annual Gala to raise funds for the Institute programs and network with others. Many alumni returned - some buying tables - and current students attended as guests. The Lifetime Leadership Awardee C. Michelle Panvovich of Mid-America Asset Management, LLC who announced the creation of The Panovich Opportunity Fund to provide special assistance to many who otherwise couldn't obtain their degree in real estate. Christopher Kennedy, as Keynote Speaker, provided a rousing call for new economic development in Chicago. Once again the Gala raised over half of the annual operating funds for the Institute.

Christopher G. Kennedy, Chairman, Joseph P. Chris is also Founder and Chairman of Top Box Foods, a non-profit, hunger-relief organization that addresses societal issues of hunger through the delivery of high-quality and affordable meats, fruits, vegetables and other food products throughout the city of Chicago.
