Chicago School of Real Estate

Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate

The Chicago School of Real Estate is within the Walter E. Heller College of Business. The Chicago School of Real Estate's mission is to raise the quality bar within the real estate profession. Our aim is to create career opportunities and enhance the resource base for the industry through a diversified program that attracts the best and the brightest of individuals to the school.

The School offers two graduate degree programs. The first is a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate. The second degree is a Master of Science in Real Estate. These two degree programs offer specialized classes and an inter-disciplinary approach combining urban economics with "hands-on" real estate. In addition, the school now offers a NEW Specialization in Commercial Real Estate for those who have a bachelor's degree - this five course sequence is transferable to either of the graduate degrees.

The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate was created to support the faculty, students and real estate industry through research, guest lectures, job placement, executive education, fundraising and events.
