Pre-Pharmacy course requirements
Applicants to the College of Pharmacy must:
- Complete a minimum of 67 semester hours of pre-pharmacy course work.
- Receive a grade of C or higher in all science and math courses (must be completed within five years).
- Receive a grade of B or higher in all English and speech courses.
Our unique three-year curriculum for the PharmD offers:
- Integration of course work and off-campus internships demonstrates relevance of what is being taught throughout all three years.
- Our innovative educational approach to teaching, learning and assessment integrates administrative,biopharmaceutical and clinical practices with the social sciences.
Roosevelt will seek accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and will adhere to the Standards and Guidelines for the Professional Program in Pharmacy Leading to the PharmD.
