Students who choose to transfer from the Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy to another accredited pharmacy program should work with the Office of Academic and Student Services to obtain the appropriate transfer documents. Under normal circumstances, a letter is required by the program to which students are submitting a transfer application that provides specific academic or professional conduct information. It is the transferring student's responsibility to provide the criteria for the letter to the Office of Academic and Student Services in time for the letter to be prepared. Letters are mailed directly to the college or school of pharmacy to which the student is making a transfer application. Copies are not provided to the transferring student.
Upon matriculation in another pharmacy program as a result of a successful transfer, the transferring students will be automatically withdrawn from Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy. If students decide they want to return to the Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy after matriculating in another pharmacy program, they are required to apply through PharmCAS by the appropriate application deadline.
