2013 Barry Crown Fitness Center Fitness Challenge

Do you like to bike, run or walk? Then you should take part in the 2013 Barry Crown Fitness Center Fitness Challenge.

The competition, open to Roosevelt students, faculty and staff, starts today and ends March 15. Sign-up sheets and mileage charts are located in the Fitness Center at the student worker desk.

When you compete in the 2013 Barry Crown Fitness Center Fitness Challenge, you can reach your physical fitness goals and win prizes.

Goals & Prizes

Running & walking: 40 miles/biking: 80 miles = 1st 75 who complete this goal will receive a pedometer

Running & walking: 55 miles/biking: 120 miles = 1st 30 who complete this goal will receive a water bottle

Running & walking: 70 miles/biking: 160 = 1st 20 who complete this goal will receive a t-shirt

Running & walking: 85 miles/biking: 200 = 1st 10 who complete this goal will receive a Barnes & Noble gift card

Rules and Regulations:

All workouts need to be completed in the Barry Crown Fitness Center, located on the fifth floor of the Wabash Building.

Every time you work out you will record your mileage at the student worker desk inside the Barry Crown Fitness Center. Participants are responsible for recording their own mileage. All participants must report mileage to Meredith Rounds at mrounds_4@yahoo.com when mile goals are reached to claim prizes.
