CHICAGO -- Architecture critic Lee Bey joined FOX Chicago News to talk about what's old and what's new on Chicago’s landscape -- the buildings we live alongside but sometimes overlook.

One new building is a school with a view.

Roosevelt University has packed almost an entire campus into a 32-floor glass high-rise at Wabash and Van Buren in the South Loop.

The exterior is done. Construction inside continues. The building is scheduled to open next year.
