GreenPrint Online Instructions


GreenPrint Online lets you upload a document from your personal computer (for example, in your dorm room or at work) and then print it from a GreenPrint Online printer. The prices for printing via GreenPrint Online are the same as they are in the labs (8 cents, duplex; 10 cents, single-side; 50 cents, color).

How to Print

1. From any computer, go to: http://www.roosevelt.edu/its/greenprint

2. Click on the link for the appropriate building.

3. Choose the printer.

4. In the “Identify Your Job” field, type in a name for your print job. Remember this name, you’ll use it when you go to the print station to release the print job.

5. Click Browse to find the file you want to print.

6. Click the Arrow icon to go to the next page.

7. On the next screen, set the options for the print job and then click the arrow.

8. Your file will now be uploaded. The number of pages will be displayed on the screen. When you are ready, click the green printer icon to complete the upload.

9. Once you see the “Your request has been processed” message, you’re done. Now just go to the printer you chose and release your print job just as you would in a computer lab. You’ll need your GreenPrint card to pay for the job. The job will be available to print for 4 hours, after which it will be automatically deleted.
