Email via Personal Cell Phone

WHAT IS THIS?

While there is no support for personal cell phones, ITS does allow you to use your personal cell phone to connect to your Roosevelt email account.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This service is available to all people with Roosevelt email accounts.

HOW DO I GET IT?

You’ll need to setup access on your phone. The operating system for each phone may be different, so there is no good way to provide step-by-step instructions for everyone. In general, though, look for an option to use Exchange or Exchange Active Sync. You may also need to enter:
Server address: webmail.roosevelt.edu
Domain: roosevelt
User name: the first part of your email address (e.g., jdoe)
Password: your NetID password

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Each user is required to change their Net ID password at least every 180 days. When you change your password on your computer, you must change the password in the email settings on your phone. Click here to visit the Password Self Service page to enroll or recover your password.

SUPPORT

There is no support for personal cell phones.
