Summer 2012        

Dependent children

• May register  now
• Tuition remission form available on the HR website. Form must be submitted with a receipt of payment for all fees and a copy of the grade report for the most recently completed term 

Eligible Employees and Spouse or Domestic Partner

• Tuition remission is not available to employees and/or their spouse or domestic partner for Summer 2012 

Eligibility for summer tuition remission changed as of Summer 2010 when the new policy was published for all.  Please review the university tuition remission policy for details on eligibility and the level of benefit available for each term. OPEIU and RAFO members should refer to their union contract for additional information. 

Fall 2012  

Dependent children

• May register as of March 1^st
• Tuition remission form available on the HR website. Form must be submitted with a receipt of payment for all fees and a copy of the grade report for the most recently completed term 

All Employees and Spouse or Domestic Partner

• May register 30 days prior to the start of the fall term; on or after Wednesday, July 25, 2012
• Please unregister immediately if you have registered prior to the designated time
• Tuition remission form will be available on the HR website, under Forms, on July 25^th
