- Make sure you are enrolled in at least 1 graduate course applicable to your MA degree.
- Make sure you apply by sending your Faculty advisor or COE Student Support Specialist an email including RU ID# and Name in the subject line of an email
Body of the email includes:
- Student name:
- Student ID:
- Term:
- Undergraduate Course:
- Graduate Education Course:
Discount applied by the Office of Student Accounts ONLY after the student has registered for courses.
If the request is approved by the COE Faculty Advisor or Student Support Specialist, it will be forwarded to Joann Spees-Roettger in the Office of Student Accounts for review and application to the student’s account.
Please note that the discount for courses taken in the summer can only be applied and reflected in students' accounts after the registration process begins in March--not earlier.
