Graduate Credential in Organization Development

The Graduate Credential in Organization Development prepares leaders to build and sustain agile organizations through a systemic approach to improving productivity and effectiveness. Students will learn to identify the gap between actual and desired performance, find the root cause, recommend a targeted solution and evaluate the results. Our program prepares you to work with organizations to enhance productivity and increase profitability at all levels. The Credential in Organization Development is ideal for both those who are currently working in the field who would benefit from a formal education and those who plan to enter the field.

Classes are taught by a dedicated group of full-time professors and industry leaders who use analytical and creative approaches in a highly energizing, constructivist format. Courses are mapped to Association for Talent Development (ATD formerly ASTD)  competencies to ensure that this highly relevant curriculum transfers immediately to the workplace. Five courses are combined to create this comprehensive program.
