The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications (OrgComm) major examines the complex communication behavior which occurs in both large and small organizations. Students will prepare for careers in management, personnel, human relations, and training and consulting. Coursework centers on analyzing organizations and making recommendations for improvements using different types and levels of communication. The interdisciplinary approach in this major prepares students to understand and contribute to the infrastructure which drives organizations.
