SLS 365 PREDICTING AND MANAGING SALES
This is a capstone course for the BPS with a Program of Study in Sales degree. Students are expected to use the skills and techniques learned during their entire degree program to create a long-term sustainable business model. The final project will include predicting and managing the entire sales process from creating accurate forecasts to strategy formulation and implementation concepts. Students are expected to work in a team and make a sales presentation to a panel of "customers".
