POS 290 RESEARCH IN POLITICAL SCIENCE
This course serves as an introduction to the logic and goals of research, research design, and the analysis of political data. The course is intended to introduce the fundamentals of scientific inquiry as employed in political science. Topics will also include theory building and testing, the components of applied (qualitative and quantitative) research across major sub-fields, and basic methodological tools.
