Human Performance Improvement, Graduate Credential

The Graduate Credential in Human Performance Improvement provides students with the cutting-edge skills necessary for strategic problem-solving and realizing opportunities related to workplace performance. Students will learn to identify the gap between actual and desired performance, find the root cause, recommend a targeted solution and evaluate the results. Our program prepares you to work with organizations to enhance productivity and increase profitability at all levels.

Classes are taught by a dedicated group of full-time professors and industry leaders who use analytical and creative approaches in a highly energizing, constructivist format. Courses are mapped to ASTD competencies to ensure that this highly relevant curriculum transfers immediately to the workplace. Five courses are combined to create this comprehensive program.

Admission

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution with an undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Requirements

A total of five courses (15 credit hours) are required.

The Credential in Human Performance Improvement is ideal for both those who are currently working in the field who would benefit from a formal education and those who plan to enter the field.
