PSYC 463 - PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGY

Graduate level introduction to the selection and management of personnel in organizations, including such topics as job analysis, test validation, personnel selection, utlity analysis, performance measurement, promotion, placement, and other issues surrounding personnel in organizations. (Second course in two-course sequence).
