HRM 432  ADMIN LABOR MGMT RELATIONS

Collective bargaining, management planning for labor agreement, analysis of management/labor problems, contract alternatives, and management demands. Preparation for and conduct of negotiations, implementing new or revised agreements, contract administration, grievance administration, arbitration, and climate of labor/management relations.
