ELOC 663 Internship in Educational Leadership: Part I
Theoretical bases of educational leadership; selecting a site, developing a plan, and making agreements for the work to follow. Written documentation, rubrics, and methods of evaluation are established. Students select the theory which informs their work. Multiple projects may be selected. Emphasis on connecting theory to practice, communication with parents and community stakeholders, and supervisory skills.
