ELOC 433  EDUCATIONAL LAW

In this course students will explore the historical, philosophical and political foundation of public education and they relate to the legal aspects of school administration. Students will not only develop an understanding of important legal requirements necessary to administer public schools but will also learn how to apply their new knowledge in the daily operation of the school. Through a variety of instructional approaches including case study analysis, student will explore in-depth each of the course topics listed.
