Organization, administration, supervision, and governance of schools. Theories, research, principles, and practices that facilitate the leader's management and evaluation of school personnel as well as interaction with the community. Theories of transformation leadership, organizational development, open social systems, shared decision making, and the school as a learning organization. Analysis of societal, political, and technological trends that impact the delivery of effective school programs. (3)
