International Student Resources

Career Development is pleased to support your success at Roosevelt in partnership with the Office of International Programs.  We offer career-related resources and assistance to help you adjust your search to your new culture:

International students are encouraged to log into eRecruiting and using two valuable online resources designed to support international students and international travel:

  • Going Global  provides constantly-updated content on job search sources, work permit/visa regulations, resume writing guidelines and examples, employment trends, salary ranges, networking groups, cultural/interviewing advice and more.
  • USA City Guides contain career and employment resources for the 40 largest metropolitan areas in the US. You can find job search resources, employment outlook, professional networking groups, cost of living, major employer listings by industry sector, non-profits and volunteer opportunities. H1B visa employer listings are also available.

For more information about any of these resources, contact Career Development.
