The Gage Building houses Roosevelt's downtown programs in business administration, computer science, telecommunications, hospitality management, training and development, journalism, integrated marketing communications, and paralegal studies as well as the accelerated bachelor's degree program for adult students.
The Gage Building features state-of-the-art computer labs and classrooms. Students in the School of Computer Science and Telecommunication can take advantage of the latest in computer technology with a brand new telecommunications lab in Room 518.

The Gage Building is home to the Walter E. Heller College of Business WEHCB) on the fourth floor and the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate on the eighth floor. The following business programs can be studied at our downtown campus:
The College of Education in Chicago has its home in the Gage Building. Faculty and administrative offices are located on the 8th floor and almost all Chicago classes are held in the building. In addition to the standard classrooms and computer labs in Gage, The College of Education has a specially designed, technology-rich, interactive, model classroom designated for use by Education instructors and students.
