New Student Orientation and New Student Programs

RU new to Roosevelt? If so, you've come to the right place!  The Center for Student Involvement at the Chicago Campus is responsible for coordinating the university’s new student programs for new Chicago undergraduate students.  Programs include New Student Orientation, Transfer Student Orientation, Laker Days, Weeks of Welcome and the First Year Seminar (ACP 101) course. 

Spring 2015 Transfer and New Student Orientation - Chicago Campus

For all incoming first-year and transfer students:

Friday, January 9, 2015
  • Check-in begins at 8:30am in our Auditorium Building (430 S. Michigan Ave.)
  • The program begins at 9:00am and ends at 5:00pm.
  • This is a one-day program required for all new incoming first-year and transfer students.
  • All students must sign up for orientation.
  • Orientation is for students only; please do not bring guests on January 9.
  • Please make sure you have registered for classes prior to attending orientation.
