Our Mission:

The Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Center (OECC) at Roosevelt University is dedicated to providing students with real-world experiences in the I-O Psychology field to bolster their employment marketability while making a positive difference in the workplace.  OECC focuses on aligning students with experiences in various organizations through applied projects and internships with business, non-profit, government, and educational organizations. 

OECC is committed to the 'science/practitioner model.'  We believe a student's education is enhanced by the application of research theory learned in the classroom to solve workplace problems and increase effectiveness within organizations.
