Graduate Credential in Human Resource Management

The graduate credential program in Human Resource Management is designed to enhance the understanding of Human Resource function's key role in partnering for the successful implementation of business strategy, to build tacit knowledge in the functioinal aspects of HRM such as recruitment, staffing, compensation and labor relations, and to increase career choices and opportunities.

  • Students learn how to play an active role in improving the efficiency and competitive position of any organization.
  • Through discussions and course work, students will share knowledge of the latest industry and educational trends.

  • HRM 400 Strategic Issues in HRM
  • HRM 405 Legal Issues in HRM
  • HRM 434  Employee Selection and Staffing
  • HRM 438 Compensation Management
  • MGMT 470 Organizational Change and Development

Students with prior coursework in HRM can petition to substitute a course with the approval of the Graduate Advisor.

Admission Requirements

Students must hold a Bachelors degree. Students must meet the same basic admission requirements as graduate business degree programs.
