RU-SHRM Student Organization
RU-SHRM is the Roosevelt University chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). SHRM is a national organization dedicated to education and promotion in the field of human resource management. With over 250,000 members worldwide, SHRM is the largest professional organization devoted to the human resource profession.
Human resource management includes such activities as: Human resource planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation, and managing labor-management relations.
These activities are critical determinants in any organization's success!
RU-SHRM offers its members a variety of activities through the professional chapters of Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) in Chicago and The Northwest Human Resource Council in Arlington Heights, IL.
