What is the best part about being a Rooseveltian?

The best part about being a Rooseveltian is that I work for an institution I am proud of. Roosevelt University was founded on social justice in 1945. We still uphold this mission today by being one of the most diverse universities in the Midwest.

Favorite fun fact about Roosevelt

At one point, the Auditorium Building, Roosevelt University's main building, was a hotel. As you walk through the building you can still see some of the hotel details. There are even 'peep holes' on some of the professor's offices still!

Describe your role when it comes to helping students

As an admission counselor, I work with students on a daily basis. Whether it is in person, over the phone, or through an e-mail, I do my best to guide students through the admission process and prepare them for their college experience at Roosevelt.

Favorite Chicagoland Restaurant

My favorite Chicago restaurant is Tufano’s Vernon Park Tap located in Little Italy. It is family owned and the food is delicious! The environment is so friendly and it was even featured on The Food Network's "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives."

Best way to spend a day off of work

The best way to spend a day off work is to explore everything around Roosevelt! We are within walking distance of Millennium Park, Grant Park, The Art Institute, Navy Pier, and so much more. I love taking advantage of the city!

Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, Cubs, Sox?

CUBS! – Although they haven't won in over 100 years, I am still a loyal fan
