The University Purchasing Department welcomes the opportunity to conduct standard purchasing activities with legitimate business organizations.  The Purchasing Department supports Roosevelt University's educational mission and administrative needs in accordance with the University's policies and procedures by providing the University with outstanding products and value-added services to fulfill our daily operational requirements.
